I am HR Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in multinational companies. For over 20 years I have worked in leading positions in Germany and in foreign countries. I am specialized in the field of assignments (inbound and outbound) with regard to tax issues, creating and implementing of assignment policies and related topics.
My concern is to deliver solutions to very special issues within the assignment business. I do feel a special dedication to support localized delegates and long term delegates who are looking for a reintegration in Germany or elsewhere.
